Mr. Taylor has worked in public service for most of his career. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to the District. Previously, he worked in community development and compliance providing self-resolution approach to problem solving. Further, Mr. Taylor is a licensed attorney in California being admitted to the State Bar in 2006.

Lamont Public Utility District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Lamont Public Utility District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
