NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lamont Public Utility District will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as it can be heard at a Board of Directors meeting, on Tuesday, June 27th, 2023, in the Lamont Public Utility District Board Chambers, at 8624 Segrue Road, Lamont, CA, for the purposes of presenting certain findings and approving an energy services contract with SitelogIQ, Inc. for  the implementation of certain energy related improvements to Lamont Public Utility District facilities in accordance with California Government code Section 4217.10 to 4217.18.   
The Board findings will provide and energy services contract will require that the cost to the District to implement the energy related improvements will be less than the anticipated marginal cost to the District of thermal electrical, or other energy that would have been consumed by the Lamont Public Utility District in absent of purchasing the energy improvements.
